A CLEAR ACCOUNT OF THE TROUBLE

Report a problem

  1. Tell us what happened and what you expected. Include the road, car, browser and whether you were racing or watching.
  2. In the game, open Settings → About → About Raceists · feedback. Choose Copy playtest details or Download playtest report.
  3. Review the details and any screenshot before sharing. Email your description and the optional details or file to support@raceists.com.

The game’s local report includes build, picture/control settings and recent timing summaries. It excludes account credentials, player names, chat, room/invitation data and car positions. Nothing is sent automatically; you decide what to share. A screenshot or your own description may contain private information, so check it first.

Reporting a Watch or replay problem

Tell us which browser you used, whether it was live or a replay, the approximate race time and what failed. Include a public moment link only if you are comfortable sharing it. That link identifies an already-public recording; it is separate from private party invitation links. The game’s playtest report does not diagnose the separate Watch page.

Choppy picture or lost controls

Try Standard or Low picture quality and calmer effects in Settings. Enable browser graphics acceleration and relaunch if it is off. If the problem returns, report when it happened and include the optional local timing report. Do not clear your browser storage as a first step: it can remove local controls and seat recovery details.

YOUR PLACE IN THE COMPANY

Account recovery

Forgot your password? Email support@raceists.com privately with your racing username and say that you need account recovery.

The game owner must independently verify that the account is yours. Accounts do not have a verified recovery email, and there is no automated email reset. A username, public lap time or new email alone does not prove ownership. If ownership cannot be verified, the account cannot be reset.

Never send your password, sign-in codes, session cookies or browser storage. Keep account requests out of public chat. If you can still sign in, change your password from your Profile ledger.

PRIVATE MATTERS, PRIVATELY HANDLED

Security & privacy

Send account, security and privacy requests to support@raceists.com. Describe the concern without posting it in public chat or attaching passwords, session tokens or browser storage.

For a security concern, explain the affected page and the steps that revealed it. For an account-data request, include your racing username; ownership may need to be verified before private data can be changed or disclosed.
